I have a Karcher K2.960M+ which is had never been used until today. I purchased it on ebay, and the machine arrived totally sealed, and clearly never used.
However, once everything was connected properly it leaked profusely.
On closer inspection there is a gap on the machine which looks as if it has not been properly fitted together during manufacture. Literally, I can push and it fits together exactly.
Has anyone else had this problem? Should I contact Karcher? Or is it an easy fix?
Have you followed instruction on assembly? could be an 0 ring missing at that point or needs tightening up a little.
If you have no manuals or assembly instruction, would be worth googling Karcher K2.960M+ manuals/parts list.
