Hello, I wonder if somebody could tell me how to fix my door. The lock does both lock and unlock but you have to pull the door hard towards you to lock it and push it forwards away from you to lock it once inside. I don't know if it's due to the cold weather but in the last week when coming home and trying to unlock it just turns and clicks around in the lock. It does eventually unlock with some persistence (about 20 minutes of messing around with it), I'd like to know the potential causes of this and more importantly how to fix this issue. Thank you :)
