Different manufacturers of appliances fit doors in different ways so there may be several options.
Generally the doors are fixed in place by two screws from the inside of the door. Inspect the inside of the open door on either side by the seal and you will see two rows of screws. One on each side usually fixes straight through into the wood.
Once removed the door often has additional keyhole shape fixings which means the wooden panel needs lifting, dropping or sliding sideways to "unhook" it from the metal door.
