Hi, I have a tiled conservatory floor which the previous owner laid over a flexible timber floor, the obvious has happened with open joints, broken tiles and movement. Under the tiles is an electric underfloor heating system. I think my simplest solution is to overlay the lot with a new laminate. Basically is overlaying tiles with a lamainate and thin underlay OK and do you see any problems with the underfloor heating. I am not too bothered about the heatings effectiveness as it is prooving a bit poor anyway.
