laying bricks on to a timber garden sleeper

hi i was wondering weather it is possible to build a small peach house/green house on top of some garden sleepers where it is at the minuite there is a concrete slab but at the perimiter there are some garden railway sleepers well fixed into the ground and i would like to keep them there if possible is there any way round this?!

Brick walls on timber outside is not a good idea, the timer will always be expanding and contracting. How about forming low level walls in timber?
