leak coming from joining wall

by 123stansbridge » Sun Oct 25, 2009 12:07 pm

I have had water under my hall way since I bought it a month ago. I have had the water company out. They could not find where the water has come from. I have dug a deep hole in the front garden to see if it is ground water but there is not water in the soil.

i was sucking up the water today and found a current coming from the ajoining wall to my neighbour. Where do I stand on forcing them to have it investigated.

If it's fresh water it's down to the water company, and they have to investigate - they can force your neighbour to comply and can issue fines for water wastage.

Assuming you have spoken to your neighbour ? before trying to force them ?
