Leaking Bathroom Faucets

Good day - We have mixer taps, wall mounted, in our bath. I've changed the cartridges due to continuos dripping from the tap, but the dripping has not stopped.
Suggestions?

Strip down and clean the taps, there may be a build up of limescale therefore the tap washer mightn't be making a sufficient watertight seal.
