Hi all,
I am hoping to install a level access wet room in a converted warehouse which has a concrete floor.
It is on the first floor and it is unlikely that the neighbour downstairs would allow me to drill down into his flat and run a waste pipe over to the soil stack which is about 2 metres away.
I'm therefore left with no option but to install a low-profile waste trap and then pump the waste.
Matters are further complicated by my wanting to use a 1000mm channel drain.
Has anyone done this or do you have any product recommendations? So far I think an ACO channel drain coupled with a Dry-Deck 20 pump might be the way to go?
