Loft Regulations

by McLovin28 » Thu Jan 15, 2009 10:01 am

I bought a house two year ago with a loft that had partially been converted, I've finished it off by putting in a permanent staircase, velux windows, plasterered, painted and carpeted. However I have no idea what the regulations are to class a loft as a bedroom and was wondering if it would take much extra work to do this, so could anyone give me an idea of the main points?
