Good morning,
I have a lockable pad bolt on a wooden gate down the side of the house.
The gate keeps rising up, so therefore the bolt becomes misaligned with the pad and either gets stuck or is very difficult indeed to open.
It's a new house, so the builder has been back to fix it, but we're now out of D+L period now and it's happened again.
How can I fix this problem and stop it reoccurring please? Is it the gate or the fence post from people's experience?
