New Outbuilding Sloping Garden - Complaint From Neighbours - Advice Needed

by andrew.p.r » Mon Aug 04, 2014 4:02 pm

Help.

Last year I started construction on a new outbuilding that falls within PD.

however the gardens are all on a downhill slope therfore the neighbours behind are trying to claim that the building is higher than the maximum allowed which it probobally is if measured from their land but when measured from our land its fine.

And advise here??

Any building requires building consent, I suggest you stop building for now, until all the permits are passed otherwise you could be told to demolish it.
