I am thinking of putting a window opening in my upstairs bathroom. I know I need to get planning permission etc, but what I am interested in is the ball park figure on fitting itself. The window size approx 32x48 inches, brick wall (2007 house), fairly good side access for scaffolding. Any idea how much I would be looking to pay for it? The house is in South East (Berks) and I am just trying to figure out how sensible the project would be and if it is worth going for.
