My pilot light used to go out if it was windy outside. Is your pilot flame as big as it used to be? Mine wasn't when it started going out, so I increased the gas flow to it slightly and it's been fine since. This was about 8 years ago! There should be a small screw near the pilot flame. Open this very slightly. The pilot may well then become more stable.
