need some help,,plz anyone,,what are the rules relating a outbuilding for which i believed to be Permitted Development (PD) and i sent in Arthictech drawings costing loadsof money I av receipt to say i sent them in,, 7 months later planning want me to submitt retention drawings,, can anyone tell me the rules relating to them asking me to late xxx
