Just wanted to ask i applied for 6 meter back extension under permitted development and than applied for side extension which was approved but we had to remove the 6 meter extension from proposed drawing as the construction has not started.
So want to ask does previous approval get void and only new planning approval stays valid e.g my 6 meter back extension do i need to reapply?
