plaster board probs

i have been living in my flat for a year now and just got round to the spare room. what i need to know how can i remove a paper boarder from the walls when it has been stuck straight to the plaster board. any ideas will be fab

There is no trick to this I'm afraid, just go very carefully with a very sharp scraper.
