We have Heatrae Sadia system (reservoir fitted) and it has PRV which is hardly found these days (PN: 95605824, https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Heatrae-Sadia-Megaflo-3-Bar-Pressure-Reducing-Valve-Cartridge-95605824/192880246276?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649).
This was leaking from the top.

I bought new cartridge and asked gas engineer to fit it and it was fitted last week.
One week later, the new cartridge is leaking from the top.

Has anyone experienced this?
I take it that probably the valve (whole-body) has failed to lead to increased pressure in the cartridge?
Any suggestions?
