Problem with a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 24i/28i Junior

by britainlovesgreys » Sun Oct 19, 2008 6:45 pm

We've had this boiler for about a year and a half, and have gotten around the pressure dropping. Now we have a new problem.

The pressure gauge is in the green, (just above one) but the burner light is not coming on.

We have hot water but no heating.

Can anyone help? It's getting pretty chilly!

Hi,

IF you feel able check the pump- remove large screw in centre to see if spinning, a little water will come out so protect any electrics.
Could be the diverter valve, but check pump first.
If not confident then phone a friend thats a Corgi.
