Can any one help.
Had a Salamander negative head pump fitted (don't know which) above hot tank below cold three years ago. Feeding a shower in the same room and a shower in the loft. Worked perfectly until last year. Gettin water from shower in same room but not in loft.
Salamander suggested a fix. "Turn off power for at least 30 seconds. Power on, Pump runs and lights flash. Wait for lights to settle. Power off for count of 3, power on pump runs lights flash. When lights have settled down shower should work.
Worked fine until recently, then went through fix and shower in loft worked but when turned off won't run again. Shower in same room works fine at all times.
Salamander not too helpful now. But supplier of pump asked if the "air bottle" needs charging.
Any suggestions
