radiator heating

I have a problem where the upstairs radiators work ok yet the downstairs radiators work when they feel like it . when the system is first put on the downstairs bathroom works then faids away and one day the sittingroom one works the the next day it fails , all the time upstairs is ok . Non of the rads have individual stats , all off room stat . the boiler is regularly serviced . no leaks visable

Maybe the system needs balancing. Check the projects section for information about how to do this.

The pump may be old, try turning the pump speed up - or a replacement pump should solve the problems, as it seems there's not a bloackage in the pipework if the radiators are able to heat up.
