RADIATOR SLUDGE

HAVE BEEN TOLD BY BRITISH GAS THEIR IS A BUILD UP OF SLUDGE IN THE RADIATORS CAN THIS BE RESOLVED BY MYSELF WITHOUT HUGE COST TO MY MOTHER WHO IS ONLY ON A PENSION , CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP . CHEERS[/b]

This is within the scope of DIY, but of course depends on the individuals expertise. The system needs draining, and each radiator needs removing and be flushed out with a hosepipe.

Oh, and there's no need to shout (capital letters).
