WHat radiators ? just upstairs or all ?

gravity or fully pumped system ?

If gravity it is quite common for upstairs radiators to get warm as heat rises.

3 port valve probably need to replace the actuator.

The 3 port valve will be found near the pump or in the airing cupboard (if there is one)

hope this helps
