Recess roller blind fitted to patio doors. Over last few months, tension has gone and no longer staying down. Anyone had this experience or know how to solve it?

I assume you are referring to the type of blind that you pull down and it locks in position, then a quick pull releases it.. if so you could try lightly spraying the mechanism with something like wd40. Failing this probably a new blind will be required.
