Removing Tiles and Could Underneath Contain Asbestos?

Hi all,

I am removing these tiles from a 1986 Bryants kitchen floor, these it underneath the carpet & tiles.

Do you feel they may contain Asbestos?

Also, how best to remove them, any advice at all?
