roof tiles

Could I get a bit of advice around roof tiles.

I have rosemary (?) tiles which are apprx 70 years old and in the main don't seem too bad although some are a little flakey underneath. I want to use my loft for a studt / storage but with no underfelt it's abit parky! So my plan i to make it a useable space.
I have had a variety of suggestions from replacing the whole 80m2 with different sized tiles called Romans or replacing with new Rosemarys again or even re-use existing Rosemary tiles with concrete Rosemarys to replace ones that can't be reused. I'm a bit confused is there a better option to go for?

Grateful for any help, cheers.
