Roofing repairs and replacing dry verges

by Tarabeynon » Tue Mar 29, 2022 8:56 pm

I have been quoted £6400 to have both sides of the house dry verges taken off and replaced. The baton replaced up to 1 m. This was spotted due to a damp patch half way up my walk. The builder says the water has been running down the sides and into the walls saturating them. The cost is for scaffolding as well. The length is approximately 30 ft long .

Hi tarabenyon,
Suggest you get at least one more quote, beware the same builders trading under different names.
