Shower mixer

by JG214 » Thu Mar 05, 2009 10:17 pm

Does anyone know of a shower mixing valve that i could fit to an existing tiled wall without taking the tiles off? I am able to get access to the platerboard wall behind the bath to get my supply from but will not be able to reach up that far to secure the mount to the stud walling.

Can i fix an exposed mixing valve from the front holes with the plastic piping already fitted to the cold and hot?

Many thanks

James.

Perhaps I am being thick tonight but this doesn't make an awful lot of sense to me as written. Could you explain a little better please for the terminally
stupid (ie me!!)

Probably. You'll need to research an exposed valve that has the correct centres to marry up with your existing pipework.

Cheers
