smell

Hi

Bought a brand new washing machine about 3 months ago problem is everytime we open the door when its empty it smells of stale water

Any help please

I think the bad smell is because you didn't clean the washing machine correctly .If there is presence of water it will cause bad smell.If still bad smell exists use the latest Air Purification systems !
