Hey all, just wondering if anyone here knows where I can get the cheapest foam sound proofing materials that look like this:

It's $2.50 per foam tile, is this what I need?. I see lots of people using this jagged edge stuff on their walls and stuff. I want to be able to remove the stuff easily. What should I buy and what is the cheapest deal (that ships to canada) for that kind of thing?. Thanks!.
