Hi all looking for opinions on this. Original wall was white matt emulsion 2 coars of johnstones durable added in a lounge. Realise this is often seen in bathrooms from condensation so didn't expect such a mark in a lounge though there is an issue with the patio doors that create condensation around the frame of it. Client is concerned the mark which appeared 2 days after final coat may have been caused by painter error but I'm pretty convinced there's a condensation issue. Anyone else seen the same and aware of possible causes and remedies? Thanks. Michael
