stain or varnish for oak

hi can anyone help i need to protect my oak garage door but after many hours stripping and sanding down door itried ronseal clear varnish which went orange i then tried sadolin clear coatwhich went yellow.what can i use to protct door but keep the door its natural colour,i did try quick drying clearstain which did job for my interior doors but cant use this outside

The product I would recommend would be Fiddes Exterior High Build Wood Oil.

Ive used this a few times before when customers have come to me with similar problems to yours and they have been very happy with the finish.
