Toilet Cistern not Filling Could it be the Push Button?

Hello,

I recently moved house, and one of the toilets' cisterns is not refilling on its own. I've looked at many similar posts and how-to's for fixes for this, but the inside to this cistern looks different to all the solutions I've found, so I'm a bit confused!

I've attached a photo, any help appreciated!
