Transportable Cabins/Caravans

by lxb » Thu Oct 02, 2008 12:36 pm

About 20 years ago, our house was changed from agricultural to residential house with 2 caravans. We are no longer a farm.
I am now thinking of placing 2 Cabins on my land. Since there is only room now for 1 where there is electricity, water and a cess pit, I want to place the 2 in a completely different location.
Next to this sight is an old cottage that has permission to be redeveloped, including a new septic tank. I'm not in the possition to do the cottage yet. Can I use the propossed new septic tank for the cabins aswell if I buy a large one? Do I need permission for new electricity connections? Do I need permission to rent the cottages on a long let if I've already been classed as house and 2 caravans????
Any help would be greatly appreciated
