We have an electric stove (in style of wood burning stove) that we are looking to mount our 49" TV above with an adjustable mount. I am just concerned about what fixings to use for this mount. The brest was created using metal brackets/studs and plasterboard and there are two studs running vertical which I reckon I could hit but are self tapping screws really going to be enough to hold the mount and TV? My concern is that its an adjustable mount so obviously a cantilevered weight and don't want it ripping off the wall!!
Any suggestions/ideas would be greatly appreciated :)
