I have just bought a house which has central heating and all but two of the bedroom radiators are working. I have a Baxi combi boiler and also a hot water tank (not sure what this is for). The Central Heating System has Feed and return pipes. I have noticed that for the two radiators that don't heat up, even the copper pipes leading up to them are always cold (even when the central heating is on). I am not sure if the thermostats are not working, or if theres a water feed problem to the radiators. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
First confirm for certain that the valves at both ends of the cold radiators are open. When the heating is on, turn off as many other rads as possible. The extra pressure should push any trapped air through and allow water to pass.
