Upvc Door Hinge Possibly out of Line?

Post by PhreeDIY » Sun Nov 17, 2019 4:08 pm

Hi, I have a upvc door and one of the 3 hinges is clunking on the first couple of mm as the door opens or the last 2 as it closes, almost like it's out of line or something. The issue I have is working out how to either remove the hinge or the whole door itself so I can get a look at it. I've included a couple of pics, but to date I've removed the little Gruber screw, which appears to be more for adjusting than retaining the hinge. This did nothing so I replaced them. Otherwise there is a hole in the side, but as the hinge is flush with the wall, I'm unable to see if this is holding things together. Didnt see anything on YouTube so here I am.

Thanks in advance
Paul
