wall lights off ring main

is it safe and correct to spur off a ring main of 6 double sockets.4 underlighters(beneath kit wall units)

Yes thats fine as long as it is connected via a fused connecting unit. Update CU info to that effect for future persons reference. LABC should be notified as its a kitchen mind.
