Water leak on Combi Boiler

by Radiobunnies » Sat Oct 11, 2008 11:46 am

I have an Ideal isar M30100 combi boiler which is leaking water from what I believe is the mains water input, the pipe comes into the boiler at the rear left into a black housing which has two U pins one of which is in and the other out, my question is, should the pins be both in or out or as they are, as it is this connection which is leaking, or is there any other explanation or remedy for the leaking connection. the leak is not a mere drip it is a small but regular flow, which I have diverted into a bath close by .

Tighten the relevant nut with a spanner / grips
