Hi guys new to the forum got a problem and need some advise built a small extension for a wetroom got someone to lay the joists and floor on top and left it for around 3 years for personal reasons so back on it now went to pick up the floor (It's the green chipboard stuff) and found lots of mould on the underneath of the boards and some of the joists are rotten really badly will add some pics checked the walls and there's no sign of any damp and it looks like it's coming up out of the ground which is soil checked it and cold and damp could this be the issue should a lay concrete on top or some sort of membrane and the joist should a swap for treated ones please help thanks ps (sorry don't know how to add pics)
