New user and total diy novice here so please speak to me in as basic a language as possible.
I've had a 1.5 bar twin impellor shower pump installed for about 10 years. It gave up the ghost so I went and purchased another. I went for the same brand but they didn't have a 1.5 bar in so I got a 2 bar.
My plumber installed it using the existing connections but something isn't right. It isn't pumping with decent power, the power is lower than the previous pump and it also won't switch off automatically when the water is turned off.
My plumber seems baffled as to what to do to sort it.
Any ideas? It's a Wickes brand pump.
