Wiring Blue and Brown for Ceiling Light Wiring

Can anyone advise on wiring, I’m trying to work out where I wire blue and brown on a new ceiling light to the wiring in the attached photo, the 3 block has
(1) brown
(2) black and red
(3) bare (earth)

There is no colour code for lighting, and often black and blue are used for line, one would need to test and work out which wire is return from switch, the most likely groups are the two single connector blocks, but only way to find out is testing.
