Lighting problem

by waynefiler » Mon Oct 05, 2009 10:04 am

Hi all,

I'm attempting to change a light fitting in my bedroom, but having problems getting the thing to light.

Out of the ceiling there are 3 pairs of wires, Black, Red and Green/yellow. From the new fitting there are just 2 wires, a blue and brown.

A juction box came with the light with has 6 holes on one side and 4 on the other and seem to me to be devided in half.

Can anyone tell me what wires go where as I'm beginning to get slightly annoyed.

Thanx

Wayne
