I live next to a busy road and want to know what the best matrial to use to build a window plug to use at night so i can get some sleep :?:

You may find that you can reduce airborne noise by ensuring that your windows are a good fit when closed. Fitting seals may help. It's surprising how sealing even the smallest gap can improve matters.
